On May 12th at 2 pm, we are joining forces with the Meadows Assisted Living and Memory Care to bring a live raptor program to the library following the Spring Green Bird Festival, hosted by the River Valley Birders. Dianne Moller, an education specialist from Hoo's Woods Raptor Center in Milton, will provide an up-close visit with a Golden Eagle and three other raptors! You will learn about raptors, the environment, how all living things are connected...and what you can do to help! We received a We Energies Foundation, James E Dutton Foundation, Antonia Foundation, and Natural Resources Foundation matching grant to provide this family friendly program!
