You are invited to the 2021 Friends of the Spring Green Community Library Virtual Chocolate Lab!
We are honored this year to be partnering with Roots Chocolates, an artisanal chocolate maker based in Wisconsin Dells. Lisa Nelson makes fun, creative chocolates in small batches from locally-sourced ingredients (many from her fourth-generation farm)!
Orders welcomed March 25 through April 22, 2021. This library fundraiser features:
- An eight-piece box of Roots Chocolate Truffles
- Access to a twenty-minute recorded video of the owner and chocolatier of Roots Chocolates talking about her business, her products, and suggested pairings for the truffles in your boxes.
Delivery options: River Valley residents have the option to pick up their orders at the library. Orders may also be shipped.
